Basically, there are few important things causing overweight.


  • You are eating more calories than you consume every day. This can be eating too much or your daily activities is too less. Please note that you will have serious health problem if your total period of physical exercise each day is less than half an hour combined.
  • Your metabolic rate is too slow especially when you grow old.
  • You eat wrong combination of food including oil.
  • You do not drink enough water daily
  • You do not eat breakfast
  • You eat too fast
  • You have health problem
